Is CallSheet a StudioBinder replacement?

Only for the call sheet. If you rely on script breakdown, shot lists, or storyboards, CallSheet does not cover those and is not trying to.

Which one works better on set?

CallSheet is built for iPhone and iPad and runs its editor, Crew Directory, Sun Path, and PDF export with no account and no network, so a dead signal at the location does not stop you building.

Do recipients need an account either way?
