Full: CallSheet is call sheet software for producers, production coordinators and assistant directors working in commercial, film, television and photo production. It runs on iPhone and iPad, and in a browser on the same account and the same subscription. Cast and crew are added from Apple Contacts or imported from a vCard or CSV, then given call times, a timed run of day, locations, company moves, meals, safety and the rest of the shoot day. Publishing sends each person a private web link and the current PDF, and the producer sees who opened it and who confirmed. When one call time changes, the revision reaches only the people it affects. Each scheduled setup carries a solar read, true north bearing and elevation, inside the call sheet and in the crew link. Recipients never install anything.

The facts

What it does, and where the claim stops.

CallSheet was built by Joey Arcisz, a working commercial director, out of problems on their own shoot days. Every boundary below ships in the App Store listing too, and the limits are stated on purpose so nobody discovers them on a set.

What it is: Call sheet software. The producer builds and sends the shoot-day document; cast and crew receive it.
Who it is for: Producers, production coordinators, assistant directors and photo producers, on crews of roughly three to fifty people.
What crew need: Nothing. Recipients open a private link in the browser already on their phone. No app, no account, no signup.
Sun path: True north bearing and elevation at each scheduled time, in the app over satellite imagery and as a north-up diagram in the crew link and the PDF. It does not predict shade from buildings, trees, terrain or windows.
Offline: Drafting works with no account and no network. An account and CallSheet Pro are required for sending, private links, confirmation tracking and cloud restore.
Subscription: CallSheet Pro is $7.99 per month or $59.99 per year. Eligible new subscribers may receive a one-week introductory trial. The App Store shows current pricing and terms for each region.
